BerryPatch Quilt & Art Expo Registration Informatio

1. You are responsible your quilt(s). We will have helpers to assist you in hanging and taking down your quilt.
2. Quilts are to be hung between the hours of 7 am and 9 am on Saturday. Take down is at 4 pm.
3. Meet us at the office of Drake & Beckler, 154 W. Pine Street, Ponchatoula, LA 70454.
4. ALL quilts must have an information label on back of quilt. It can be a sewn label or this form safety pinned to the back.
5. Quilts may be photographed by show attendees, the media and BerryPatch Preservation, submission constitutes permission by the quilter/owner to do so.
6. All quilts on display outdoors are eligible for the Viewers Choice Award.
7. Antique and delicate quilts will be displayed inside The Community Center on a first come first serve basis. These quilts may be delivered on Friday October 7 between 3 pm and 6 pm at the Community Center.
